Meet Heath – The Heart of MasterLab
If you’ve ever worked with us, chances are you’ve met Heath. He’s not just the owner-he’s the guy making sure every fine art reproduction meets our high standards. Heath’s journey with fine art printing in Utah started nearly 30 years ago when he began managing the original business. In 2013, he took over from his father-in-law, bringing his degree in Business and years of hands-on experience to the company.
What drives him?
Helping artists and photographers bring their work to life. He loves working one-on-one with clients, figuring out exactly what they need, and exceeding their expectations. Whether it’s a gallery-quality giclée print, a custom-framed masterpiece, or a stack of beautifully designed business cards, Heath is all about the details.

Kim – Graphic Design
Kim is an essential member of the MasterLab team, working alongside her husband, Heath, to drive the success of the business. With a background in graphic design, she brings creativity and expertise to card printing and other design projects. Her organizational skills and strong decision-making abilities help ensure smooth operations and guide key business strategies, allowing MasterLab to consistently provide high-quality custom art prints and printing services.
Gavin – Project Lead & Marketing Specialist
Gavin has been a valued member of the MasterLab team for 3.5 years, handling tasks such as trimming, mounting, framing, photographing artwork and prints for customer pickup and shipping. Recently, he took on a new role as Marketing Specialist, focusing on optimizing the website, improving organic search performance, and managing the company’s blog and social media presence. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Gavin ensures that fine art printing services reach more artists and photographers looking for professional giclée printing and custom framing solutions.
Richard – Canvas Stretching & Wrapping Specialist
Richard has been a dedicated member of the MasterLab team for nearly ten years, specializing in canvas stretching and gallery wrapping for clients. His extensive experience and commitment to quality play a vital role in maintaining MasterLab’s high standards. Richard’s skill and attention to detail ensure that each art piece meets the expectations of MasterLab’s clients.
